Hi, I’m Dr. Emily Kostelnik

A Clinical Health Psychologist and fellow vestibular warrior. I was diagnosed with SCDS, underwent two surgical repairs, and subsequently developed BPPV. After the birth of my son, I developed chronic VM and PPPD. I now live with very minimal dizziness and anxiety. I am a multi-business owner, mom to a toddler, and military spouse. I am thriving!
