Welcome to a vibrant community committed to your well-being. I’m so happy you are here!

First thing’s first.

Who am I?

My name is Emily Kostelnik and I am a passionate Clinical Psychologist specializing in Health Psychology. But more importantly, I am a fellow vestibular warrior! If you are feeling stuck in the grips of chronic vestibular symptoms, you’re in the right place.

I know firsthand the physical and emotional toll that vestibular disorders can take; I live with multiple vestibular diagnoses myself. In 2017, I was diagnosed with SCDS, followed by BPPV, and later encountered the challenges of chronic VM and PPPD during the postpartum period. Trust me when I say, I’ve experienced it all – the frustrations, the setbacks, and the triumphs. I have procured a very unique expertise in vestibular disorders because of my understanding both from a patient’s and Clinical Psychologist’s perspective, and my goal is to share those insights with you.

My approach to your recovery is rooted in a deep understanding of the multidimensional nature of vestibular disorders. I take a holistic stance, recognizing that comprehensive interventions are essential for your well-being. Navigating the healthcare system with a vestibular disorder can be daunting, but fear not – I am here to guide you every step of the way.
